Annual Friends of NRA Dinner/Banquet

Tickets are almost gone!

October 13th NOAAWIVA will host the annual Friends of NRA dinner at the Chincoteague Fire House.

Come out for some good food, great raffles, prizes and lots of guns to be won and auctioned.

22LR Fun Match Dates-2018

Course of Fire
 .22 Long Rifle, 2 targets, 5 shots each target at 50 yards
5 metal silhouettes at 100 yards
10 clays with shotgun
Cost is $5 for .22, both sets of targets, $5 for Clays
15 year old and younger shoot free.
 Warm up from 8:15 to 8:45
All matches being promptly at 9:00 AM, weather permitting.

NRA Rules High Power Rifle Schedule-2018

As in previous years, we will begin with Spring training in March and have seven practice matches during the season, ending with the official CMP Garand Match.  All events start PROMPTLY at noon and we have the range available until 4 PM, though most of our matches will end before then.

Brownell/NRA Youth Sportsfest October 20,2018

Just for youth — a safe, fun experience in shooting sports education
without cost to participants is planned for October 20, 2018. The rain
date is November 4. Our Youth SportsFest Event is open to all girls
and boys, ages from 8 to 18. NOAAWIVA Sportsmen, Inc. will host
the day event. Our range is located on 30516 Chincoteague Road
(Rt.175E) near Oak Hall, VA. The free event is provided as a
community service supported by the Brownell/NRA Day Program.
Drinks and food will be available to all attending. Prizes and trophies
will be awarded. All required equipment is provided without cost (ex.
— hearing and eye protection, guns to be used, ammunition and
targets). The event begins at 8:30 AM with registration and will end
about 3:30 PM. Activities include safety orientation followed by 20-
gauge shotgun/clays, .22-rifle target/silhouette, air gun
